What will happen to the events planned before August 31st?

Our offers will continue to exist and will be regularly reviewed with regard to the current situation and adjusted, if necessary. If an event in presence format cannot take place in the mentioned period, we will offer digital alternatives and / or a catch-up date.

What happens if I am registered for an event in spring/summer?

Our participant management will keep you up to date on your current bookings and reservations at all times. You will always find up-to-date information on our website. In case your event cannot take place to the extent booked, we will inform you about all alternative options in good time. You can also find up-to-date information at any time on our website.

What happens if I cannot attend despite the alternative offer?

First of all: We will always find a solution together! If you are unable to participate in the alternative programme if an event has to be cancelled or postponed, we will offer you accommodating rebooking options and other solutions.

What happens if I am unable to attend an event due to personal or business reasons relating to Covid-19?

If you are unable to attend a booked appointment because of Covid-19, e.g. for health reasons or for reasons of prevented travel, please contact us personally. We will find a solution that satisfies all parties!

Can I have a personal exchange with the experts?

Sometimes the digital alternative just does not seem to be sufficient because you are looking for a conversation with the experts. Our digital offers also include interactive sessions and many of our partners currently offer hours and dates for discussions. We are also happy to arrange personal contact at any time.
