Studio, video and audio production
Welcome to our in-house studio.
Our studio is located in the Aditec building on the RWTH Aachen Campus Melaten. With state-of-the-art technology, you can stream your training event live here, shoot your image or explanatory video or produce your on-demand training event. Do you have further ideas and requests? Please feel free to contact us. Of course, our studio team is also happy to provide support in the areas of consulting, conception and post-production.

Participation fee
The fee includes the costs for the event as well as documents and catering (coffee breaks and lunches). If an evening event is planned, the costs are also included in the price. Travel and accommodation costs are not included.
Cancellations
Cancellations can be made in writing by letter, fax or e-mail to info@wzlforum.rwth-aachen.de. For cancellations up to one week before the start of the event, 100 € will be charged for administrative expenses. Thereafter, the full participation fee will be charged. However, you can always nominate a substitute participant from your company. Please also notice our Terms and Conditions.

Directions
Arriving by car
Approach via BAB A4 (Köln/Aachen) and A44 (Düsseldorf/Lüttich) up to Autobahnkreuz Aachen, follow the A4 in the direction of Antwerpen/Heerlen. Leave the motorway in Laurensberg and turn right towards Laurensberg. Take the first right to Toledo-Ring in the direction of Maastricht (Klinikum). Take exit RWTH-Melaten in the underpass. At the roundabout take the second exit to Forckenbeckstraße. After ca. 1 km you will find free parking spaces to the left (Sign WZLforum). Follow the signage to WZLforum for ca. 5 minutes.
Arriving by plane
Flight to Cologne, Düsseldorf or Maastricht (NL). By rental car follow the A4 or A44 to Aachen (from Cologne or Düsseldorf ca. 100 km, from Maastricht ca. 35 km).
By train: to Cologne central station (change trains) and take a train to Aachen central station or Aachen West. By railway: to Düsseldorf central station (change trains) and take a train to Aachen central station or Aachen West.
Arriving by train
Train ride to Aachen central station or Aachen West.
Take a taxi or bus 3B from bus stop Hauptbahnhof (central station) and bus 3A from bus stop Westbahnhof (Aachen West). In each case get off at bus stop Campus Melaten.
Parking & tickets
Parking possibilities and parking ticket
There are only few parking possibilities within spitting distance to the institute. Use the central parking Forckenbeckstraße if possible. 5 minute walk to the institute.
On July 1, 2011, RWTH Aachen University introduced a parking space management on its parking areas. This means that you need a parking ticket for Parking zone U for your visit to one of our events, in case you arrive by your own car or a rental car. The corresponding parking areas can be found on the central parking Forckenbeckstraße (detailed description in your registration confirmation, please enter “Forckenbeckstraße, 52074 Aachen” in your navigation device). Please place the ticket clearly visible in your vehicle. Your parking ticket is not valid for the parking areas with the designation “S”, “Gast” or “Besucher Campus GmbH”, but only for parking area U. The ticket is only valid on the specified date. The parking authorization is checked by the service staff of RWTH Aachen University. Vehicles parked illegally are towed for a fee. If you require a parking ticket, you can reorder one until the event.
