Participation Fee
The fee includes the costs for the event as well as documents and catering (coffee breaks and lunch).
If an evening event is planned, the costs are also included in the fee. Travel and accommodation costs are not included.
Cancellation
Cancellations can be made in writing by letter, fax or e-mail to info@wzlforum.rwth-aachen.de. Cancellations up to one week before the start of the event will be charged € 100 for administrative costs. After that, the full participation fee will be charged. However, you can nominate a substitute participant from your company at any time.
We make digital events available to you via our EduLearn learning platform. There you will find, among other things, the live stream of the event and event documents such as presentations and speaker information.
We will send you your personal access to the EduLearn learning platform at least 24 hours before the event to the e-mail address you provided when you registered.
