Although gears have been indispensable components in various sectors such as mechanical engineering, automotive engineering and industrial gear manufacturing for many decades, increasing requirements and current market developments are constantly presenting the transmission technology industry with new challenges. The objective of the Aachen Conference on Gear Production is an exchange of knowledge and experience between engineers who are employed or have responsibility in the design, development, production, assembly, and application of gear drives. A provisional reservation by telephone is also possible. However, if we do not receive your written registration by one week before the event, we reserve the right to give your provisionally reserved place to another interested party.
The number of participants is limited. Registrations will be considered in the order in which they are received.

The participation fee is 1.195,- EUR.

In this seminar, you will learn a lot about the topics of gearing, electromobility and their interrelationships. Together we will find out how gearings can increase the efficiency and performance of electromobility and which components are needed for this. We will also take an in-depth look at the design and manufacture of gears for electric vehicles. We will explore the challenges of gearing for electric mobility, such as adapting to hard-to-reach locations, increasing service life, and reducing energy consumption. We will also discuss how grinding technology and tool design must meet requirements to improve the characteristics and quality of gears for electric vehicles. Start your journey into the world of electric mobility and gears and register now! We are looking forward to seeing you! The Aachen Forum on Gear Production (AFGP) takes place in annual alternation with the Aachen Conference on Gear Production (ACGP). While the Forum (9-10.11.2023) at RWTH Aachen Campus is dedicated to a technical focus (2023 gearing in the e-mobility sector), the Conference, on the other hand, is dedicated to various facets of gear production technology.
